Refund policy

At Jbylo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original state may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jbynaija@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note that certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
